Trey is a character in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. He is a major antagonist in the Cooking Battle side quest.

History

Trey is the Vice Chairman of the Dark Dragon Syndicate is known for his amazing cooking. He is first mentioned by Kurtz after his first cooking battle with Tall Fry where Kurtz explains that Trey killed his wife and master. Since then, Kurtz has sworn vengeance against Trey and works his way through the Dark Dragon Syndicate in order to find him.

When Kurtz first faces Trey in a cook-off, Trey will will get a perfect score on his first dish. Kurtz will also point out that the judges are ignoring all other dishes and eating Trey's as though that are possessed. This is due to using the Scroll of Earth. In order for Kurtz to defeat him, the player must collect the Scroll of Heaven.

After defeating Kurtz, Trey will attempt to recruit Kurtz into the Syndicate, but Kurtz will refuse.

Trey will return for a rematch after defeating Quince. After losing to Kurtz, Trey admits to wanting the Scroll of Earth and that Kurtz's wife and teacher were in the way. Kurtz then kills Trey to avenge his teacher and wife, but before Trey dies, he mentions Trey's wife, dying before he can finish the sentence.
