Simmere is a character in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. He is a minor antagonist in the Cooking Battle side quest.
History
Dinah is known as the Gastronome of Water. She appears in the inn of your 
Headquarters after defeating Dinah. She then challenges 
Kurtz a cook-off. After being defeated, a Masked Woman will appear, telling Simmere that her torque will be engraved with the "Mark of Shame" and that she must start over from rock bottom.
