Iugo
Iugo is a supporting character in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising and Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. He is a vigilant sentinel hired to watch over New Nevaeh.
History

A mercenary soldier, Iugo was hired by Isha to watch over New Nevaeh and prevent unauthorized looting of the Runebarrows there. Squash found him unnerving but also believe his presence was what kept bandits from attacking the town. Despite being a dining guest of the town office, he is often found in the tavern listening to adventurers telling their tales.
When Iugo's sword went dull, he enlisted the help of CJ and Garoo to find a whetstone, as swords from the East Reach are a bit more difficult to sharpen. In return for their aid, he offered a treasure to the pair. Although it wasn't much as far as treasure goes, he gifted them a gourd. "If you're given a gourd, Fortune's your reward!", a saying in the East Reach.
