Wayve is a recruitable character in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.
History

A toughened Guardian who leads his own command. Marisa and the others trust Wayve implicitly, and not just because he's more experienced. He's a man of few words but ample brawn and courage, and he always puts his comrades first. More than once, he's risked his life for them.
Design
According to Junko Kawano, Wayve is one of the top characters to redraw the face for. Apparently I didn't fully grasp his relationship with Marisa, their position and such, so it took me a while to get to the point where I was able to meet the requested motifs. So every time a retake order came in, I thought to myself, "wow, this character is going to have a lot of screen time (or have something special planned for him)".

| Wayve loves a good ghost story. He enjoys teasing new Guardians recruits with scary stories as they patrol the forest.
The story always ends with an assurance that it was made up—and a reminder to stay vigilant, as anything could happen in the night-darkened woods. |

| Wayve rarely misses a chance to tease Marisa, but she's like a sister to him and he cares for her very much. Once, when she had a bad fever, he risked his safety to gather herbs.
Despite being attacked by monsters and injured, he returned with the medicine for Marisa. |

| Once a troublemaker, Wayve found redemption under Galladur's strict discipline and training.
Now a reliable mentor for the Guardians, he holds Galladur in high regard and occasionally presents him with fine drinks as a token of respect and gratitude. |
