Cassandra is a character in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. A languid elven innkeeper, she was first revealed in the August 2021 development update[1].
History

Cassandra is an elven innkeep whose languidness and lack of industriousness does nothing to hurt her appeal to the men who frequent her inn. Her beauty at the heartstrings of the boys, who are never quite sure what part of her they're allowed to look at.
Cassandra hails from an elven town, though it's not clear why she left.
Design
According to character designer Junko Kawano, her design was envisioned as a voluptuous elf who had a nurturing side to her, like that of an elder sister. She’d be able to drink anyone under the table but still have the patience to run an inn; while having the finesse to discern her patrons’ unique quirks with a single glance. Kawano was also requested to give Cassandra some sort of accessory on her head that would indicate where she was from.

| Cassandra was leading a quiet life in the forest when, one day, she fell in love with a lost human. She broke elf custom to follow him out of the forest's bounds.
Her first love had carried her across a line of no return. |

| The boy Cassandra went after was surprised, but accepted her proposition, and the two were happy together for a while. But in the end, the boy left Cassandra to follow his own calling.
She wished him all the best and they parted, but she would never forget. |

| Decades later, in a human town, Cassandra awaited her love's return. There, she was witness to an old man's death in battle. It was the man she had loved.
Listening to the tale of his full life, she wept by his side as he died. Their final kiss was stained with tears. |
