Bhuv is a resident of New Nevaeh. However, he does not appear until the post-game.
History
When asked if he was a local by CJ, as she had never seen him before, he remarked that he just doesn't get out of the house much. He was supposed to be on the expedition that traveled into the Runebarrows, but because he had a fever, his brother took his place and never returned. CJ is asked to assist Bhuv in finding pieces of his brother's notebook, as it seems that is all that remains.
