History
A singer at Sarita's Tavern in New Nevaeh, Jeanne was attractive and popular with clientele. Described as beautiful and fancy, several patrons had a crush on her, including Garoo and Olivier. She sometimes needed medicine to soothe her sore throat.
In the past, she was convinced to try her luck as a singer by some unscrupulous individuals. She fell into debt in the process, taking loans from several people, including René. As her debts kept mounting, Jeanne would eventually disappear. When the two came across each other again in New Nevaeh, Jeanne attempted to repay her debt by trying to have a vase of hers greatly undervalued and selling it to him in secret. René would realize the ruse and insisted that he would forgive Jeanne's debt.
Jeanne was touched that René would dismiss the debt despite her self-professed past "cruelty" and would agree to meet with René, to his delight.
