Ilda is the Rune Shop owner in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
History
After CJ and the party return Ilda's stolen book during the events of A Book on the Barrows, Ilda establishes the Rune Shop in the Rune Quarter of New Nevaeh where Rune Fragments and other resources can be used to craft Runes. These Runes are crucial for fully exploring the locations that the party travels, and Ilda's experience with them is much needed.
