History
This loquacious weapon shop owner is more than happy to regal you with tales of his knightly past. He will upgrade the weapons of those lucky enough to cut through his chatter, for a fee. After CJ, Garoo, and Isha can give their weapons unique names after using his services for the first time. His shop is located on Outlander Lane.
