Tatara is the blacksmith who runs the Smithy in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
History
Unable to get his shop in Outlander Lane up and running, Tatara seeks the help of CJ to get his furnace working again. After she brings him some Iron ore, he fixes her gear for free. One time only, of course.
Tatara appears to be a seasoned blacksmith, as he couldn't hold back his excitement for the opportunity to work on Garoo's sword.
