Remnants in the Runebarrows is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game.

Search for Notes in the Runebarrows
Speak to Bhuv at the Town Outskirts to begin this quest.
Use the Farmside Menhir to head to the Runebarrows and use the signpost to head to the Grand Passage area. From here, head east and you will encounter four unique Lightning Slime enemies, each holding a fragment of the note. When arriving at the fork, access the higher location to find the fourth Lightning Slime.
Return the note to to Bhuv to complete the quest.
