Sarita is the Tavern owner in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
History
Wanting to improve relations between adventurers and townsfolk, Isha sends CJ to meet with Sarita to build the tavern in Outlander Lane. As gratitude, Sarita offers CJ a meal of her choice, but has never heard of Mega Katsu Curry.
Sarita plays a part in many quests as she is the go-to for any meal desired by the residents of New Nevaeh.
