Jashan is the Bagmaker in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
History
Jashan first introduces the Rune Quarter after chatting with him about Resource Bags. He tasks CJ and Garoo with testing the capacity of his bags by stowing two Giant Stones from the Lode Golem boss in their pack. Satisfied that they proved the quality of his bags, he opened his shop and sells upgrades for the party's Stowpack and Resource Bag.
Much to CJ and Garoo's surprise, the resource bag provided to test the weight of the Giant Stone was the first resource bag Jashan ever created. However, a life-long craftsman, his skills are unmatched.
He is the father of Saloni, who enlists CJ's help when their stock was plundered by bandits.
