Thara is one of the younger residents of New Nevaeh. She is known around the town as Stargazer Thara, or "Thara of the stars", so she says. When CJ exclaimed that was a beautiful name, Thara asked her not to be patronizing.
Unfortunately for Thara, she has a bad habit of losing her spyglass, and has needed assistance in returning it at least twice. Made of the finest bamboo, with lenses designed by her father, it is her greatest possession.
