Lukas is a resident of New Nevaeh. He can often be found on Outlander Lane near the Armor Shop.
History
During Main Quest 23: The Guardian Peacekeeper, Lukas can be found with Mellore and Starling. After arguing ownership over a newly-found Rune-lens, they are met with the Mantor Wyrm that lives in the depths of the lava. Out of fear, Starling and Lukas run away, leaving Mellore behind to face the monster with CJ, Isha, and Garoo.
Lukas later tries to make amends with Mellore, by asking CJ to speak with her instead of speaking to her himself.
