Norsfaria

The Norsfarian Territory is a location mentioned in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. It is a disputed territory located between the League of Nations and the Galdean Empire.

Information

The Norsfarian Territory was an area of disputed ownership between the League of Nations and the Galdean Empire. Part of the The Greatwood fell under Norsfaria, as well as Yaelu's hidden village. Fort Adlace was located in Norsfaria.

Norsfaria was eventually formally ceded to the Empire in exchange for annual compensation from the Empire over a period of ten years. Perrielle Grum considered the agreement a disaster, ceding a potential foothold for Galdean invasion for a song. The Norsfarian Purchase had multiple benefits for the Empire, including access to the Runebarrows there, though their progress through the Norsfarian Barrows was stymied by the Guardians. It appears that their discovery of Yaelu's village and their rune-lens potential was mere happenstance.

At the outbreak of war on The Eltisweiss Front, Dux Aldric and his army were report as being en route to Norsfaria to requisition the territory. However, Aldric instead marched his entire force from Norsfaria to overwhelm the beleaguered Grum County.
