The Den of the Dunes
The Den of the Dunes is a dungeon location in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. It is a completely optional area for a player uninterested in recruiting every character.
Information
The Den of the Dunes were located in the northern parts of the 
Great Sandy Sea. The area was normally only reachable by shi'arcraft.
The lens hunter 
Quinn would recruit 
Nowa for a job at the Den of the Dunes, hoping to secure a raw lens. There, the duo would encounter the fearsome 
Oyamatsumi and after a series of fierce battles, would succeed in bringing the monster down. Quinn would secure the high-grade raw lens and in return agreed to join the Alliance.
Dijkstra had also traveled to the Den of the Dunes in the hopes of obtaining the raw lens, but seeing the Oyamatsumi made him think better of challenging the foe alone.
