Blocked Highway
The Blocked Highway is an encounter location in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. It is not traversable by the player and serves as a set-piece for a series of encounters against monsters as the climax of 
Seign's mission in Galdea.
Information
This Galdean road connected Dux Aldric's 
Rune-Lens Research Laboratory, 
Gardhaven Castle, and 
Ardinale City.
After infiltrating the research laboratory, Seign's group make their escape using 
Pohl's rune-tank, Sylvie. The rune-tank would conspicously make its escape while firing rounds at Gardhaven Castle to draw attention away from the fleeing villagers of 
Yaelu's people.
Narungarde would appear during their escape and attempt to block their escape with a series of prototype monster weapons borne from Dux Aldric's research, eventually culminating in a battle against a 
Chimera. Following its defeat, Pohl was able to drive Narungarde off using Sylvie's compression combustor, allowing the group to make it to Ardinale City intact.
