The Cost of Good Manners
The Cost of Good Manners is a Main Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is the fourth such quest of the game and begins after clearing Main Quest 3: Old Shiva's Clock Tower.

Speak with Isha in the Plaza
Speak with Gocteau and Isha at the Plaza. They are located west of the Bulletin Board.
Find Sarita on Outlander Lane
Outlander Lane will now be accessible. The entrance can be located on the east side of the broken clock tower. Speak with Sarita near the western entrance.
Find Rajiv on Outlander Lane
After taking with Sarita, head east and speak with Rajiv.
Get Lightweight Lumber in the Great Forest
A special piece of Lightweight Lumber can be found in the Great Forest just beyond the Ogre encounter there. It sparkles pink.
Mine for Heavy Stone in the Great Forest
A special piece of Heavy Stone can be found in the Great Forest on the ledge past the horde of Cotton Flies. This will also sparkle pink and will not need the use of a pickaxe, which will be obtained later. Speak with Sarita after obtaining both items to complete construction of both the Tavern and Inn.
Report to Isha in the Plaza
After completing both the Tavern and the Inn, speak with Isha at the Plaza to complete this quest.
Clearing this quest unlocks Main Quest 5: The Miner, the Merc, and the Smithy.
