Overview
Rody's Magical Pocket-Watch support skill is one of the few support skills that can be manually activated by the player.
It greatly increases the whole party 
SPD stat.
Rody is mandatory in order to develop the 
Build Appraiser's Shop panel from the Drafting Studio.

Speak to Rody next to the General Store with a  Pearl Pocket-Watch on hand. Hand over the watch and he will join the party. A guaranteed watch can be found through a Treasure Chest gimmick in a random battle in the Eastern Desert or as a regular chest in the Seaside Cavern. Both appear as a  Unknown Pocket-Watch and need to be appraised first.
