Overview
Douglas' Soul of Smithery support skill enhanches the party 
PWR and 
MGC stats, proving him to be an interesting and useful support character that can help when in a pinch.
His only downside is that, like the majority of support skills, his passive is randomly activated and thus the player has no control over it.
Addiotionally, he is mandatory in order to unlock the 
Smithy panel from the Drafting Studio.

Speak with Douglas at the Smithy on the west side of the city. Mine 10x  Iron Ore after he requests the materials. Iron Ore collected and deposited at  Headquarters still counts towards the total.

- It should be noted that his recruitment mission is faulty: once collected and deposited, Ore count gets doubled. For example, the player can cheese his recruitment mission by collecting four Ores, depositing them (making the game believe they collected eight), and then collecting only two more Ores.
