OtherSelbineth is an other-type character in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.
Overview
Recruiting Selbineth unlocks the Hero Mode facility, where players are challenged to defeat groups of enemies in order to clear floors and obtain rewards. She cannot be placed in the party as a battle or support character. She is present in war battles, as part of 
Hogan's infantry unit should he be recruited.
Hero Mode is the most efficient method of leveling characters and is the most reasonable way to level up characters beyond the mid 60s.

The Headquarters must be at least Level 3 with 80 or more characters recruited. Complete the Build Mysterious Room plan. Speak to her in the new room in the basement and attempt the Hero Mode. Selbineth will join regardless of success.
