SupportStadler is a support-type character in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.
Overview
Stadler's All In Formation! support skill is one of the few support skills that can be manually activated by the player.
The way in which his support skill works is that it causes a debuff that drastically reduces the party's 
SPD stat, fundamentally allowing enemies to act first, followed then by the fastest party member and the rest of the party.
He is mandatory to develop the 
Drill Ground panel from the Drafting Studio, which allows characters not in party to passively gain exp based on 
Nowa's level.
Additionally, by unlocking the Drill: Mock Battle panel, the player is able to participate in various mock battles that test the player's strategic insights when speaking to Stadler.
