The Eltisweiss Watch are a mercenary group in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes operating out of 
Eltisweiss.
Overview
The Eltisweiss Watch starts off as a simple mercenary organization consisting of multiple groups, each with their own Captain. It is unknown who leads the Watch as a whole, but 
Ymir handles gathering work and assembling teams to handle tasks.
The game starts as the protagonist, 
Nowa, is first joining the Watch and meets his new Captain, 
Garr. Eventually, Garr steps aside and makes Nowa the acting Captain of their group.
After the Galdean Empire captures Eltisweiss, the Watch forms the basis for what would become the Alliance.
