Teeny Tiny Fish is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game and when a Fishing Rod is purchased from the Tool Shop.

Catch Little Fish in the Great Forest
Speak to Dory at the Town Outskirts to begin the quest. Travel to the Great Forest and use the signpost to travel to the fishing area. Although the quest implies you are looking for small fish, you will need to catch three Choice Fish. Equipping the Fisher's Earring will make it easier to fish and upgrading the Fishing Rod may increase the likelihood of catching Choice Fish. Once you have caught three Choice Fish, speak to Dory at the Town Outskirts to complete the quest.
