The Bulletin Board is a quest board in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. Found in the Plaza of New Nevaeh, it is the most common source of Resident Quests.
In-game description
Townsfolk frequently post their requests or complaints on the Bulletin Board.
It can be found in the plaza, right next to the Town office, so make sure to check it often.
