Increasing the Inventory is a Shop Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game.

Mine High-Purity Ore in the Quarry
Talk to Felipe on Second Street to begin this quest. Head to the Quarry to mine for High-Purity Ore, or purchase it from the Trading Post. Once enough has been collected, return to Felipe to complete the quest.
