Information
The dead countess is the revenant form of a woman who had a close bond with 
Markus when both were human. At some point Diradhe would become besotted with and take control of her.
Even under Diradhe's control, she retained strong feelings for Markus but was still made to attack Markus and 
Marisa when they stormed 
Castle Harganthia.

Development
In her initial reveal, the Dead Countess was described as a demon that deceived people, turning them into undead thralls, and using them to do her bidding. She was said to have a love of beauty and ornate furnishing and loved to decorate her surroundings.
