Speak to Iugo in the Town Outskirts to begin the quest.

Get a Giant Hunk of Ice from the Snowpeak

Using the Farmside Menhir, enter the Runebarrows and use the signposts to access the Blizzard's Point area of Snowpeak. The Giant Hunk of Ice is received from defeating the Blizzard Brothers. Return to Iugo once the Giant Hunk of Ice has been obtained to complete the quest.
