A Guide to Stowpacks is a Shop Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza after completing Main Quest 18: Mysterious Machinery.

Find Stone Slabs in the Runebarrows

Speak to Jashan near the Bagmaker at the Rune Quarter. Using the Farmside Menhir, travel to the Runebarrows. One unique level 30 Thunder Mage will spawn one screen to the right of the Grand Passage signpost. Bring the item back to Jashan to complete this quest and upgrade the Bagmaker to Lv. 3.
