The Rune Shop is an area obtainable in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is run by Ilda and unlocked through the Shop Quest A Book on the Barrows. Here, you can purchase runes to upgrade your attacks and get past Elementum Pillars.
In-game description
Come by if you need to synthesize runes into your Rune-Lenses. Be careful, though, high-level runes can't be equipped to lower level lenses!
If you want to equip runes to Rune-Lenses, you'll have to synthesize them first. Keep in mind that runes can only be used with rune-lenses if their levels match!
