Give a Boy Some More Fish... is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board after completing the game.

Speak to Avan at the Plaza to begin the quest.
Catch Fish in the Great Forest
Upon entering the Great Forest, use the signpost to travel to the Fishing Spot. Once you have caught the Large Fish, return to the plaza and speak with Avan to complete the quest.
