What's Eating the Outlanders? is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board after completing Main Quest 9: Into the Ruins and Shop Quest Profit Chasing.

Gather information on Outlander Lane
Speak to Gocteau on Outlander Lane to begin the quest. There are three people to talk to: Aki, outside the Smithy, Lukas, outside the Armor Shop, and Keke, outside the Inn.
Report to Gocteau on Outlander Lane
After speaking with all three outlanders, speak with Gocteau once more to complete this quest.
