Find someone wearing green

Talk to Robert at the Apothecary on Second Street to begin this quest. Head to the Town Outskirts and locate Mannan near the gate.

Report to Robert

Return to Second Street and report to Robert. This will complete the quest and upgrade the Apothecary to Lv. 5.
