A Hot Spring Delicacy is a Main Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is the twenty-fifth such quest of the game and begins after clearing Main Quest 24: After the Eruption.

Report to Shiva in the Plaza
Head to the Plaza and speak with Shiva near the clock tower. The town's elders discuss possible souvenir ideas for the newly formed hot springs.
Speak with Urmila at the Pasturage
Go to the Pasturage and speak with Urmila about creating Hot spring black eggs.
Get Thunderbird Eggs on the Snowpeak & Gather Lumber from the Great Forest
A double objective, Urmila requests assistance in gathering supplies to make the delicacy happen. The lumber is very easy to obtain from the Great Forest, and this portion of the quest may already be able to be complete with current resources.
To obtain the Thunderbird Egg, use the Farmside Menhir to access the Runebarrows and Snowpeak.
Use the signpost the access the Blizzard's point area of Snowpeak. Head west, and interact with the glimmering objects to collect the Thunderbird Eggs. Only six of the ten are available, so once six have been collected, return to the signpost.
The dungeon must be fully exited for the enemies and resources to "restock", so the Menhir must be used to return to New Nevaeh. Repeat the steps above to collect the additional four eggs, then return to Urmila at the Pasturage. This will complete the objective and upgrade the Pasturage to Lv. 3.
Try making a Town Delicacy at the Inn
Head to the Inn on Outlander Lane and speak to Rajiv. Here, the delicacy can be named using a variation of terms.
Have the elders in the Plaza taste test the new delicacy
Return to the Plaza to speak with Shiva and the elders. This will complete the quest and begin Main Quest 26: Deeper into the Ruins
