Soothing a Singer's Sore Throat is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available after beginning Main Quest 6: Trouble in the Quarry.

Collect Titan Nectar in the Great Forest

Speak to Jeanne outside the Tavern on Outlander Lane to begin the quest. Titan Nectar can be found in the Great Forest by defeating the nut-shooting flowers there and the player may already have sufficient quantities to complete the quest immediately upon taking it. Speak to Jeanne after gathering enough Titan Nectar to complete this quest.
