The Miner, the Merc, and the Smithy is a Main Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is the fifth such quest of the game and begins after clearing Main Quest 4: The Cost of Good Manners.
Guide
Head to the Quarry
The Quarry can be accessed from the Town Outskirts.
Search the Quarry
Explore the Quarry until a rockfall is encountered in the east. CJ will be unable to progress further.
Find the Smithy
Leave the Quarry and return to Outlander Lane in New Nevaeh.
Follow Hogan
After speaking with Hogan, follow him to the smithy Tatara.
Mine for Iron Ore in the Quarry
The Quarry contains Ore that can be mined from sparkling rocks. Gather 3 pieces of Ore and return to Tatara.
Get your weapon repaired
Tatara will repair CJ's axes, completing this quest.
Clearing this quest unlocks Main Quest 6: Trouble in the Quarry.
