Sapphires are a resource in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.

Snowpeak
Using the Farmside Menhir, enter into the Runebarrows and use the signpost to fast travel to the Crest area within Snowpeak.
Travel right to the next screen, and use the ledges to reach higher ground. Here, use a combination of Garoo and Isha's jumps to reach a ledge. Continue right to the next screen.
Jump above to the first ledge, and use Garoo and Isha's special jumps again. There will be a series of three ledges you will need to access this way.
Continuing right will take you to an ice cavern where you will need to defeat two Snow Wolves. Here you will find Gold Ore, Azure Crystals, and Sapphire.
