Revenge of the Legendary Angler is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game and after completing the Resident Quest: An Angler's Revenge.

Catch Legendary Salmon in the Quarry
Speak to Katri on Second Street to begin the quest.
Head to the Quarry and use the signpost to access the Fishing Spot. The Legendary Salmon is a quest specific item and very easy to catch, so once it is caught, return to Katri to complete the quest.
