Lost in the Barrows is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game and after completing Resident Quest: Reclaim My Lost Treasure!.

Find a Small Bag in the Runebarrows
Speak to Awamuri at the Plaza to begin this quest.
Use the Farmside Menhir to head to the Runebarrows. Head west until the bandits are encountered. Defeat them to access the glimmering object and bring it to Awamuri to complete the quest.
