A Tale of One Sister is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza after completing both Main Quest 28: To the Rescue! and Resident Quest: A Sister's Cooking.

Find an Elf in The Great Forest
Speak to Erwle in front of the Rune Shop in the Rune Quarter to begin this quest. Head to the Great Forest.
This quest is a bit unique as it does not give you a quest marker on the map. Use the signpost to travel to the Forest Cave area. Slightly left, at the drop off point, head down and travel slightly left again. There, you will meet Krenowel.
Report to Erwle
Return to the Rune Quarter and report to Erwle to complete the quest.
