A Petition for Gocteau is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board after beginning Main Quest 13: No Way Through.
Objective(s)
Find Gocteau
In the Plaza, just west of the Bulletin Board, speak to Gerhard to activate the quest. Locate Gocteau in Outlander Lane, just past the Tavern.
Report to Gerhard
Head back to the Plaza and speak with Gerhard to complete the quest.
