Listen to complaints about the Residential District
Speak to Adah near the Bulletin Board in the Plaza to begin the quest. Then, speak to Shiva at the Clock Tower and Priya near the Bulletin Board, both in the Plaza.
Listen to complaints about the Residential District
After leaving the Plaza, head to the Residential District and speak with Alisha.
Report to Adah
Return to Adah with your report to complete the quest.
