A Gift for Iugo is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza after completing both Main Quest 28: To the Rescue! and Shop Quest: Go Get My Treasure Chest!

Find Salted Plums in The Great Forest
Speak to Tarai on Outlander Lane near the Armor Shop to begin this quest.
Head to the Great Forest and use the signpost to access the Forest Cave area. Travel east until you encounter three bandits. Each one will drop a Salted Plum upon defeat.
Return to Tarai to complete the quest.
