Tadashi Satomi
Tadashi Satomi (里見直, Satomi Tadashi) is an author and game scenario writer. Mostly known for his work on the Persona series of video games for Atlus, he has since worked in a freelance role and was responsible for the Main Scenario of Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
History
Satomi was in charge of both the scenario and setting for the first two Persona games with Atlus. Following this, he worked on the scenario for the Digital Devil Saga duology. He also wrote the novella That's Catch 22, fleshing out the backstory of Digital Devil Saga.
After leaving Atlus in 2005, he worked on scenarios for games for Game Republic such as Folklore and Knights Contract. In 2017, he was the main scenario writer for The Caligula Effect. In addition, he worked with Atlus again for the PSP rereleases of the Persona 2 duology. According to interviews, he has also worked on scenarios for otome games, browser games, game novelizations and Vocaloid novels under various pseudonyms. In 2022, he was the main scenario writer for Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
