Beastyn, also known as Beastmen, are a type of demi-beast that appear in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes and Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
Information
The term "beastyn" appears to be a broad classification for any non-human person in Allraan that may share characteristics of an animal. Specific sub-types of beastyn exist. For example, Yuferius VII is both a shi'arc, specifically, and a beastyn, broadly.
Beastyn are known as making for the most ferocious troops in battle, so during wars beastyn mercenaries are especially sought after. However, as beastyn are usually contracted as individuals, they often ending up fighting their kinsmen on the battlefield.

- The term "beastman" was used throughout development updates and exclusively in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes would use the term "beastyn" more frequently, though "beastman" is also used.
