What Else is Eating the Outlanders? is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available after completing the game and Resident Quest: A Sword for Starting Over.
Objective(s)
Speak to Gocteau on Outlander Lane to begin the quest.
Ask the outlanders what's bothering them
There are three people to talk to: Bruno at the Farm, Anna at the Pasturage, and Jarno at the Plaza.
Report to Gocteau on Outlander Lane
After speaking with all three outlanders, speak with Gocteau once more to complete this quest.
