Find someone who has money trouble

Visit René on Second Street at the Pawnshop to begin the quest. Head to Outlander Lane and speak to Keke, who can be found near the Inn.

Report to Rene

Return to Second Street and speak to Rene to finish the quest and upgrade the Tavern to Lv. 2.
