Stolen Stock is a Resident Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available from the Bulletin Board in the Plaza during the Post-Game and after completing Resident Quest: Save My Secrets.

Find the Stolen Inventory in the Barrows
Speak to Saloni at the Rune Quarter to begin the quest. Using the Farmside Menhir, travel to the Runebarrows. Head east and defeat the bandit to retrieve the Stolen Inventory. Return to Saloni to compete the quest.
