Spectacular Appraiser's Spectacles is a Shop Quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It is available after beginning Main Quest 7: Catch That Girl!.

Find the Appraiser's Spectacles
Speak to Squash near the Outlander Lane entrance of Second Street. Once the quest from Squash is accepted, talk to Avan, a small boy in New Nevaeh's Plaza, near the exit to the Town Outskirts.
After obtaining the spectacles, return to Squash. This will complete the quest and unlock the Accessory Shop.
